The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing and mentoring sales teams, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Drive product promotion and enhance brand awareness among doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within a pharmaceutical company.

Experience in the Diabetic and Cardiac therapeutic segments is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
