Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Cochin
Qualification:Diploma or Degree holders, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, planning, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry
Salary : Upto 5 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and on time
* Coordinate deliveries with logistics and manufacturing teams
* Handle order changes, returns, and customer queries
* Update customer portals and order status
* Monitor backlog and shipment schedules
* Support demand forecasting and inventory planning
* Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning teams
* Knowledge of inventory management will be an added advantage.
* Customer service and order management
* ERP/MRP knowledge (QAD preferred)
* Positive communication and coordination skills
