Position: Sr. Executive – Production
Location: Ranipet
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Equivalent
Experience: 10–12 Years in Production, preferably in Toys, Automobile, or Similar Manufacturing Industry
Salary: 6.5 – 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production schedules.
* Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
* Supervise shop floor operations and optimize manpower utilization effectively.
* Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Procurement teams for smooth production flow.
* Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
* Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment for production.




* Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Track production KPIs such as productivity, OEE, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS guidelines, and company policies.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators to improve performance and process adherence.
* Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
