Key Responsibilities

- Member Services: Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and account queries with empathy and accuracy.
- Credit & Loan Management: Assess loan eligibility, process applications, monitor repayments, and ensure ethical lending practices.
- Compliance & Risk: Maintain adherence to cooperative society regulations, RBI guidelines, and internal ethical finance policies.
- Financial Operations: Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and daily branch banking activities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare financial statements, audit reports, and maintain transparent records.
- Community Engagement: Promote cooperative values, financial literacy, and member participation in society initiatives.
- Technology & Systems: Utilize banking software for transactions, MIS reporting, and digital member services.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education : MBA/ MCom
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in banking operations,
- Expertise:



Strong knowledge of compliance, operational systems, and cooperative finance.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Mindset: Transparent, motivating, and improvement-oriented leader with a passion for building scalable systems.
