Job Function : Process/Documentation/Back End

Location : Hyderabad.

Job Description :

- Should have expertise knowledge on Visa process for various countries especially Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, UK and other European Countries in regards to documentation, processing and online submission.
- Collating the documents and sending the set of documents to the concerned Embassy / Consulate.
- Interacting with clients for document collection & Submission to the relevant assessing bodies and high commission.
- Should be able to work under crisis circumstances, consistently maintain high quality service standards with attention to detail.
- Should also advise the business units and other relevant departments in case of any changes in existing processes for obtaining relevant Visa.
- Should be process oriented with customer service as a key focus,



constant follow up mechanism, positive in reporting, do a lot of research and provide information to the team.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of other country visa processing would be an added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Handling end to end immigration activities from initial assessing stage till visa grant.
- Expertise on documentation.

Pay package: At par with Industry norms.

Position: Immediate / one month.
