We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing professional to build and scale our influencer ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, building strong creator relationships, and driving brand awareness and sales through impactful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers (nano to macro) aligned with brand goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers
- Develop campaign briefs, negotiate commercials, and manage deliverables
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and creator insights
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, performance, creative) for campaign success
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Robust understanding of influencer ecosystem and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands is a plus
