This role involves customer interaction, understanding vehicle issues, job card creation, job estimation, and coordinating service and repairs with the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Understand and document customer complaints and concerns about their two-wheeler.
- Open and maintain accurate job cards with detailed notes.
- Coordinate with mechanics/technicians to prioritize and monitor job progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a two-wheeler dealership).
Education:
- Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience may also be considered.
