We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as GeM Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build their career in Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Government Tendering, and IT Hardware Procurement.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification (Mandatory):

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in any of the following disciplines:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation
- Computer Science / Information Technology (Preferred)
- Any Electronics-related branch

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify government tenders on the GeM Portal.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation.
- Maintain tender records and reports.
- Follow up on bid status and government orders.
- Communicate with OEMs, vendors, and government buyers.




- Prepare quotations and compliance documents.
- Learn GeM Portal operations and government procurement procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.

Salary

₹6,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
