Orgix Media is a fast-growing organic content and social media growth agency. We work with founders, creators, and D2C brands to build powerful Content IPs, scale social media accounts, and prepare brands for monetization through structured content systems.
We are hiring a Growth-Oriented Content & Podcast Strategist who understands storytelling, retention psychology, monetization structure, and long-form + short-form integration.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategist who has experience in:
Scaling social media accounts
Building Content IPs
Writing high-retention short-form scripts
Structuring podcasts for engagement and distribution
Converting long-form podcasts into short-form growth assets
This role is focused on building structured growth systems, not random content posting.
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have:
Scripted 100+ short-form videos (Reels/Shorts)
Scaled minimum 5–7 social media accounts
Built at least 1–2 strong Content IPs
Worked on founder/personal brand content
Structured or strategized at least 5+ podcast episodes
Written podcast scripts or episode frameworks
Helped accounts move towards monetization
Improved 3-second retention & average watch time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CONTENT STRATEGY
Create monthly growth roadmap
Build repeatable content IP formats
Write high-retention short-form scripts
Improve retention, engagement & CTR
Analyze performance metrics
Coordinate with editors for reel cut-points
Prepare accounts for monetization structure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PODCAST STRATEGY
Develop podcast content themes and positioning
Create episode structures and narrative flow
Write podcast scripts / discussion frameworks
Plan strong hooks for first 60 seconds
Design story arcs for long-form engagement
Identify viral clip moments while scripting
Convert podcasts into 10–20 short-form clips
Improve long-form watch time & retention
Align podcast with brand positioning & monetization goals
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth
Deep understanding of storytelling psychology
Knowledge of podcast structuring and audience retention
Ability to craft engaging hooks (short + long form)
Data-driven mindset
Team coordination and communication skills
BONUS SKILLS
Experience in founder-based podcast formats
Knowledge of AI tools for research and scripting
Experience in content repurposing systems
Understanding of YouTube monetization & brand deal positioning
