Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Generate and qualify leads from various sources.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution and quotation preparation.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and related sales documents.

Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

Update and maintain customer records, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.

Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams for customer requirements and order execution.

Assist in payment follow-ups and customer support activities.

Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship Management

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
