Job Title: Office Administrator cum Accounts Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in office coordination, invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining statutory records while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Prepare customer invoices and maintain invoicing records.
Record and track site/project expenses accurately.
Maintain basic accounting records and assist with bookkeeping activities.
Organize and maintain statutory and compliance-related documents.
Manage office files, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and project/site teams for administrative and accounting matters.
Assist management with reports, data entry,
and other administrative tasks as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of office records and support smooth business operations.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in office administration and basic accounting.
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and basic accounting principles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
