Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Degree/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ with Bachelor’s Degree in Education / NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Care

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in kindergarten teaching or coordination role preferred

-Experience in managing kindergarten curriculum, teacher observation, leading teacher teams, planning events, execution of events, planning calendar, etc

-Excellent communication skills and people skills

-Techno savvy and familiar with digital content and teaching methodology

- Capable of thinking of new ideas

- Proactive

Possessing a love for children, enthusiasm and energy

- Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities

- Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Patience, empathy, and a love for working with young children

- Other: Should reside locally or have your own transport

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Leadership: Plan, implement, and oversee the kindergarten curriculum in line with school goals and child development principles

- Team Management: Guide, mentor, and support kindergarten teachers and support staff

- Student Welfare: Ensure a safe, engaging,



and inclusive classroom setting for all children

- Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, meetings, and feedback sessions

- Events & Activities: Coordinate celebrations, competitions, field trips, and co-curricular activities for kindergarten

- Quality & Compliance: Monitor teaching methods, classroom resources, and maintain records as per school and regulatory guidelines

- Training: Conduct workshops and training for kindergarten staff to enhance teaching practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
