Job Description

Department: Sales and Marketing

We are looking for a highly analytical and exceptional AI Solutions & Proposal Strategy Intern to join our AI Solutions & Proposal Strategy team. In this role, you will work on AI-driven digital transformation opportunities, helping create executive-ready proposals, solution presentations, and customer-facing content for enterprise clients.

You will partner closely with pre-sales, consulting, product, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges, shape AI solution narratives, and develop compelling proposals that articulate business value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, business strategy, and storytelling.

- Develop compelling proposal content, translating high-level AI solution strategies into client-ready proposals and executive presentations.
- Contribute to the development of AI solution proposals, encompassing Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, Cloud AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into compelling, business-focused AI solution narratives.
- Rapidly assimilate AI concepts, product capabilities, and technical features to articulate their business value effectively.
- Align customer use cases with Techolution's proprietary AI accelerators and comprehensive solution offerings.
- Structure complex technical information into clear, concise, executive-level proposals and presentation decks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, consulting, product, UX,



and engineering teams to develop winning proposal responses.
- Utilize advanced AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and other Generative AI platforms, to accelerate proposal development, while applying critical judgment and strategic thinking.
- Contribute actively to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), capability decks, executive presentations, and customer proposals.
- Maintain and update reusable proposal assets, templates, and knowledge repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.
