Experienced = 2-5 YEARS

Production Supervision

- Oversee daily production operations and ensure targets are achieved
- Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensure efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials

Team Supervision

- Supervise factory workers and assign duties
- Train new employees and guide existing staff
- Maintain discipline and resolve worker issues

Quality Control

- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Inspect finished goods and monitor production processes
- Coordinate with quality control teams

Machine & Equipment Handling

- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery
- Report any breakdowns and coordinate repairs
- Minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety rules and regulations in the factory




- Conduct safety checks and ensure use of PPE
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal standards

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Track attendance, performance, and output
- Report progress and issues to higher management

Inventory & Material Management

- Monitor raw materials and finished goods stock
- Coordinate with stores and purchase departments
- Avoid wastage and ensure proper material handling

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
