We are hiring Enrolment - Senior Executive for our claims Department at our Chennai Corporate office.

Job Role: Enrolment

Industry: TPA/Health Insurance

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 Year to 2 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute and support the enrollment process for various insurance products across multiple insurance companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customer service, and insurance liaisons to ensure accurate enrollment of policy and member information.
- Act as a point of contact for customer service and corporate relations teams with respect to enrollment-related matters.
- Ensure accurate and secure data entry of enrollment details into company systems.
- Verify accurate configuration of advantages and correct mapping to members.
- Perform necessary checks and audits at different stages of the enrollment process to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs of various insurers.
- Monitor insurer SLAs related to enrollment and ensure timely processing as per defined timelines.




- Stay updated on new insurance products and policy features relevant to the enrollment function.
- Respond to queries and clarify doubts regarding insurance coverage and enrollment procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports on enrollment metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
- Analyze enrollment data to identify improvement areas and suggest process enhancements.
- Address and resolve enrollment-related discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments and clients.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the IT team by providing system feedback and functional inputs for process improvements.
- Support automation initiatives by providing operational inputs to IT.
