We're Hiring: Junior Finance Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)- Near Madhapur Metro station

Monday to Saturday

Experience: 6months –2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Dreamtime Learning is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team. If you have a strong foundation in accounting, are proficient in Tally and MS Excel, and are eager to build your career in finance, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.

Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.

Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Generate MIS reports and support financial data analysis using Excel.

Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Tally ERP.





Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP is an advantage).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

0–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

Laptop is mandatory.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
