Job Summary

Roswalt Realty is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Redevelopment & Legal Affairs to lead legal and regulatory aspects of redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SRA projects, redevelopment, title due diligence, RERA compliance, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management across Mumbai real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead legal and regulatory activities for redevelopment projects from acquisition to project completion.
- Conduct title due diligence, verify ownership, encumbrances, mutation records, and resolve title-related issues.
- Handle SRA approvals, RERA registrations, AGRC matters, and statutory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Compensation Agreements, POAs, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities including SRA, Municipal Corporation, Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar, and AGRC.
- Manage APF-related documentation, compensation structures, escrow arrangements, stamp duty, and registration formalities.
- Coordinate litigation matters with external advocates and monitor legal proceedings.
- Liaise with landowners, societies, tenants, consultants, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain legal documentation,



and develop SOPs for legal and regulatory processes.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12+ years of experience in Real Estate Redevelopment & Legal Affairs.
- Strong hands-on experience in SRA Projects, Redevelopment Projects, RERA Compliance, and Title Due Diligence.
- Experience appearing before or coordinating with AGRC, SRA, Municipal Authorities, and Revenue Authorities.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for complex real estate agreements.
- LLB qualification preferred. Candidates with extensive redevelopment legal experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
