We are looking for a Project Coordinator to drive day-to-day execution across our product initiatives, keeping deliverables on track and teams aligned. This is primarily an execution and coordination role, with a portion of time spent on business analysis to support requirement clarity and delivery.

Key responsibilities

Execution & Coordination (primary)

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Track task and work-item progress, update status, and maintain project dashboards
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and follow up to drive resolution
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and status meetings, and circulate notes and action items
- Ensure the team has explicit priorities and that commitments are met on schedule
- Maintain project documentation and reporting for stakeholders

Business Analysis (~20%)





- Assist in clarifying and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria
- Help translate stakeholder needs into work items for the team
- Support UAT coordination and requirement validation

Good to have

- Exposure to eDiscovery, legal tech, or enterprise software domains
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and BA practices

Required Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar delivery-focused role
- Strong organizational, tracking, and follow-through skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep teams aligned
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable with basic requirement analysis and documentation
