We are hiring a qualified and motivated Special Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about inclusive education, capacity building, and content development, and who enjoy working in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will primarily work in collaboration with the internal psychology team and will not be directly involved in one-on-one interaction with Children with Special Needs (CWSN). Instead, the focus of this role is on strengthening program quality through training, content development, and academic support.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions for Special Educators (SEs), ensuring effective implementation of interventions. A significant part of the role involves creating high-quality training modules, resources, and program content.
A strong conceptual and practical understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) is essential, as the role includes guiding educators in developing and implementing structured and outcome-oriented IEPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions (online and offline) for Special Educators (SEs)
- Collaborate with the psychology team for program development and content creation
- Develop training modules, manuals, and resource materials
- Provide academic guidance to SEs on IEP creation and implementation
- Review and support the quality of IEPs developed in the field
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training content and methodologies
- Support internal reviews, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education (RCI preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in special education, training, or content development
- Strong understanding of IEP development, assessments, and intervention strategies
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Requirements

- Robust documentation and content development skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
