Job Summary

Pyramid Eats is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with experience in the frozen food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, conducting inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological quality checks as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company quality procedures.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the production facility.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality deviations and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality.




- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure all products meet food safety and customer quality requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, Quality Executive, or Quality Assurance professional in the Frozen Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Hands-on experience with Frozen Foods and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products such as:
- Momos
- Burger Patties
- French Fries
- Frozen Snacks
- Formed Products
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with BRCGS, ISO 22000, or other Food Safety Management Systems is preferred.
- Experience working in an automated food processing plant will be an advantage.
