We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy and improve our search engine visibility across domestic and international markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO

- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize landing pages, hotel pages, destination pages, blogs, and service pages.
- Improve title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimization, and URL architecture.
- Create SEO-friendly content strategies that align with user intent.
- Enhance internal linking and website navigation for better crawlability.
- Collaborate with content writers to publish high-quality, optimized content.

Off-Page SEO

- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO techniques.
- Execute guest posting, digital PR, blogger outreach, and link-building campaigns.
- Manage local citations and business listings.
- Monitor backlink profiles and remove harmful or toxic links.
- Increase domain authority and improve online brand visibility.

Technical SEO

- Conduct regular website SEO audits.
- Identify and resolve crawling, indexing,



and duplicate content issues.
- Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and schema markup.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, website speed, and mobile performance.
- Fix broken links, redirect chains, and technical SEO errors.
- Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversions.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis and user behavior.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify websites.
- Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce SEO.




- Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
- Familiarity with structured data (Schema.org) implementation.
- Experience with content marketing and SEO copywriting.
- Understanding of international SEO and local SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
