Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)
Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Noida
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and acquire enterprise customers with 500+ employees.
- Generate current business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop winning proposals.
- Handle commercial negotiations, RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement processes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving predictable revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and customer data in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hindi is mandatory.
- 7+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in selling SaaS, CPaaS, Contact Center, Cloud Communication, CRM, or Enterprise Software solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, integrations, digital transformation, and consultative/solution selling.
- Existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers are preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
