Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kottayam showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in the building materials or construction industry and possess strong sales, customer relationship, and showroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable window system solutions.
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners to promote products.
- Maintain showroom presentation,



product displays, and promotional materials.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in the building materials, construction, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage showroom operations independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of windows, doors, façade systems, or other construction products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
