Job Description Accounts Executive Experience: Minimum 3 Years Job Summary We are looking for an Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
