As an Accounts Executive, you will be a part of our accounts team, contributing to the financial health and stability of our organization.
You will support various accounting operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across all functions.
Experience: 2-3years Responsibilities: Managing business accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts across the business units.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping activities.
Preparation of financial reports and analyses for management and external stakeholders.
Working with CA team and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, including GST, IT, and other applicable taxes.
Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections.
Support cash flow management efforts to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
Managing vendor payouts, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
Required Skills: Good English and Tamil communication, both written and verbal.
Basic documentation and email writing skills.
Able to write business letters to customers, vendors, and stakeholders for various accounting needs.
Positive Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, other Office Apps and accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books.
Excellent understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
