Bachelors Degree in ECE, EEE (or equivalent), Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree preferred.

IPC A 610 & IPC WHMA 620 knowledge /trained /certified professional.

Ability to use CAD and Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to design processes and layouts Experience with FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem-solving)



process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error-proofing) techniques.

Hands-on experience on the THALES or SAFRON production standards as a add-on.

Significant work experience in a manufacturing environment like Cable harness, sub-rack manufacturing inclusive of PCBA assembly, Mechanical sub racks and electrical wiring.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work Have queries?
