Role Overview The Value Delivery Manager, through our in house developed Phygital Application (People Empowerment Platform) is responsible for ensuring that every user (customer) receives timely, relevant, and personalized information, opportunities, services, and benefits through our in-house developed People Empowerment Platform (PEP).

The role focuses on understanding user profiles and preferences, identifying authentic and valuable offerings from multiple sources, and ensuring that the right content reaches the right user at the right time.

The individual will act as the central coordinator across Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, and Operations teams to drive personalized value delivery and maximize user engagement and outcomes.

Requirements Product Strategy & Ownership Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance user engagement, retention, and value realization while aligning with business objectives.

Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations to drive relevant and personalized value delivery through the app.

Prioritize product features, enhancements, and platform improvements based on customer impact, business value, and strategic priorities.

User Value Delivery & Engagement Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of benefits, services, content, and information to users by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.





Drive personalized user experiences by leveraging onboarding data, user insights, and behavioral intelligence.

Partner with engagement and communication teams to deliver targeted, relevant, and personalized user communications.

Monitor and optimize service and product listing performance to maximize user adoption and engagement.

Data, Insights & Quality Partner with the Research team to transform consumer insights and field intelligence into actionable product recommendations to increase user engagement.

Oversee data validation, enrichment, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of user, service, and issuer data.

Establish data-driven frameworks to measure value delivery, user engagement, product performance, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, technology partners, and external vendors to support product, operational, and data quality initiatives.

Lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution and delivery against business objectives and deadlines.

Skills and Competencies Ownership Articulate brand strategy and ensure value delivery to user by pro-active and result-oriented approach.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Passion and intent towards social service.

Education and Experience Bachelors or masters degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Over 6+ years of value delivery through effective product management.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a conceptual understanding of product (app).
