Key Responsibilities Design and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and career frameworks.
Develop competency mapping, job architecture, and standardized job descriptions.
Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI/KRA setting, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) programs.
Manage the complete training lifecycle, including learning interventions and training effectiveness.
Drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders to strengthen talent management and succession planning.
