Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D; Junior Engineer to support new product development, product testing, engineering documentation, and quality compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Recent Product Development (NPD) activities from prototype to production.
- Conduct product testing, validation, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Handle SAP transactions for material movement related to R&D; projects.
- Verify Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and maintain engineering documentation.
- Generate and maintain R&D; reports, testing reports, and project documentation.
- Provide support during internal audits by preparing and maintaining required records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Stores departments for smooth execution of R&D; activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering specifications, and quality procedures.




- Maintain proper records of product trials, test results, and design changes.
- Assist senior engineers in product improvements and process optimization.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Manufacturing.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) processes.
- Familiarity with SAP for material transactions is preferred.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and ECN processes.
- Knowledge of product testing and validation methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
