Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager

Location: Nashik, MH

Reporting To: General Manager (GM) / Project Manager (PM)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all quality activities at the site, including inspections, material testing, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for submission to GM/PM.
- Ensure strict adherence to IOCL/CPWD quality standards and project specifications.
- Manage repair checks, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle QA/QC documentation: MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, test reports, checklists, and audit records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.
- Work on CPWD standard building construction works and refinery/industrial-type projects independently.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)




- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC
- Hands-on experience in Government building construction projects
- Strong understanding of quality standards, testing norms, and documentation practices

- Ability to manage site quality independently with minimal supervision
- High technical competency in construction quality management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
