About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of soda water and beverage products across General Trade (kirana stores, wine shops, grocery outlets) as well as Restaurants and Bars (HoReCa segment) in and around Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our distribution network, building robust relationships with retailers and outlet owners, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new retail outlets, restaurants, bars, and pubs to stock and sell company products
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing General Trade and HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits to check stock levels, product placement, and visibility
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and volume deals within company guidelines
- Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery coordination with the supply/logistics team
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches in the market




- Manage collections and ensure timely payment recovery from outlets
- Set up and maintain in-store branding, displays, and promotional materials
- Report daily sales activity, market feedback, and outlet visits to the reporting manager
- Build strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat orders and outlet loyalty

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–4 years of experience in FMCG/beverage sales, preferably in General Trade or HoReCa channel
- Strong local market knowledge of Andheri and surrounding Mumbai suburbs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (for daily market visits)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / order-taking apps is a plus
