General Description of Role:

One should be able to drive the opportunities for merger and acquisition, third-party outsourcing, or business consolidation as viable business solutions. He should be able to address and resolve the challenges and realities of today’s multi-channel Call Centers. He hones in on critical factors directly impacting the bottom line: process, people, management, and technology. Should be able of proposing and delivering Call Center strategic planning, assessment and engagements and provides a variety of facilitation, and management services in different verticals. He Can help clients to take a hard look at their business objectives, current organization infrastructure, and operational practices.

Responsibilities

- He should be capable of generating business value in several key areas:
- Works closely with Business Partner contacts to ensure outsourcing needs of business units are being met
- Proactively manage Business Partner relationships by initiating open communication and collaborating to understand strategic sourcing objectives
- Align Call/voice Business Centre initiatives with corporate drivers
- Should be able to explore the demands for today’s complex call distribution and management systems
- Streamlining operational processes and procedures for vendors/clients
- Understanding and developing solutions for client’s outsourcing requirements
- Involves organizing and anchoring client visits
- MSA (Master Services Agreement)/SOW (Statement of Work) Contract creation, reviews & negotiation
- Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute in transition planning
- Responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach
- Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
- Track all business development activities, analyse Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings




- Prepare presentations for prospective clients for positioning the company’s services in the outsourcing space
- Manage key relationship with venders

Core Competencies:

- Must possesses 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience in product/services industry
- Thoughtful, performance-driven, ambitious and razor-sharp qualified abilities
- Innately inquisitive, culturally astute, and self-motivated
- Responsible for deliverables under tight-guidelines
- Foster a transparent partnership with international and domestic vendors
- Should be able of directly collaborating with external partners
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, analytical, and problem-solving skills in areas of high complexity, ambiguity and diversity
- Experience in Request for Information, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal/Offer, and Request for Quotation response
- Knowledge & Experience of BPO delivery models and should have strong pre-sales/solution experience and background
- Experience and flexibility in working in Global Delivery model with teams spread across in various time-zones
- Perform secondary research to get insights on a particular industry
- Able to find the prospects who are in need of setting a contacting/call centre or business process
- Can explore and assess the industry trend, providing expert advice in centre and process design, technology selection and deployment, and change management
- Should be able of analysing the need of the prospect before make a final call on transition and delivery of project
- Excellent in Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and Word
- Willingness for some travel as and when required
- Must be fluent as native speaker in English along with excellent email and proposal writing skills

- Joining: Immediate
- Location: Gurugram
- Salary: No constraint for deserving candidate
- Shift Timing: 8:30 pm to 6:00 am (Should be open for any shift (24*7))
- Meals: Provided (One time)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with MBA/MCA along with relevant experience in same profile will be preferred.
