About the Role

Lzebra Public School is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and child-centric Pre-Primary Wing Coordinator to lead and oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary Wing. The ideal candidate will ensure a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment while mentoring teachers, fostering strong parent relationships, and maintaining high standards of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the Pre-Primary Wing (Nursery, LKG, and UKG).
- Plan, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies aligned with the school's vision and educational standards.
- Mentor, supervise, and support pre-primary teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality.
- Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring holistic growth.
- Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, assemblies, field trips, and co-curricular activities for the Pre-Primary Wing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through meetings, orientations, and regular communication.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, hygienic, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Coordinate admissions, student orientation, assessments, and documentation for the Pre-Primary Wing.
- Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals and implement school policies effectively.
- Maintain records, reports, timetables,



and other academic documentation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and joyful learning among young learners.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed., NTT, Montessori, or equivalent Early Childhood Education certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary education, with prior leadership or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and basic computer applications.
