About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Cluster Trainer to drive capability building for Vodafone Idea Business Enterprise teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering sales, product, process, and customer engagement training to enterprise sales and channel teams across assigned clusters.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and virtual training for Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and Channel teams.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, product launch, compliance, and sales effectiveness training.
- Coach field sales teams on consultative selling, objection handling, solution positioning, and enterprise customer engagement.
- Develop training calendars in collaboration with business leaders.
- Track certifications, assessments, training effectiveness, and post-training performance.
- Conduct field coaching, market visits, role plays, and ride-alongs.
- Prepare training content, pitch decks, FAQs, and learning modules.
- Share MIS reports and recommend capability improvement plans.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of B2B Telecom, Enterprise Mobility, Connectivity, IoT, Cloud,



Security, and Digital Solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in sales training, field coaching, or enterprise sales enablement.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and assessment frameworks.
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.

Eligibility

- 4–8 years of experience in Telecom, B2B Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Enterprise Sales.
- Prior experience working with enterprise sales teams, account managers, or channel partners is preferred.
