Key roles and responsibilities:

 Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure

smooth supply chain operations.

 Optimize transportation routes and warehouse utilization to reduce costs and improve

efficiency.

 Manage transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory operations.

 Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.

 Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

 Monitor logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, freight costs, inventory accuracy, and

warehouse productivity.

 Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, freight

carriers, and vendors.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation

and customs regulations.

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,

Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

 8–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain

management, including leadership experience. (Preferred Domain Knowledge - FMCG,

Beverages)

 Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation

Management Systems (TMS).

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
