About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting business growth through effective communication and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's products or services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or business development experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
