About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to guide development teams while ensuring best engineering practices and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of software developers through the complete software development lifecycle.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Identify technical risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
- Drive engineering excellence by implementing coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, system design, and software architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Robust understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), performance optimization, and system scalability.
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
- Exposure containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with security best practices and application performance monitoring.
- Relevant cloud or technology certifications are an added advantage.
