- Outbound Calling: Contact prospects from a database to pitch products or services using a defined script.
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer queries, and resolve complaints.
- Lead Qualification: Ask questions to evaluate client needs and interest levels.
- Data Management: Log conversation details, record feedback, and update contact information in CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
