Job description - Forcepoint Proxy Admin

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations:

o Create and maintain daily checklists for system health and operational tasks.

o Regular monitoring of alerts, incidents, and logs to ensure system integrity.

2. Proxy Support:

o Troubleshoot proxy server-related issues and ensure uninterrupted internet access.

o Respond to user issues related to website access and provide temporary exceptions when needed.

o Categorize uncategorized URLs for appropriate filtering and compliance.

3. Incident & Request Management:

o Create and manage support tickets on OEM portals for vendor-related issues.

o Respond to user requests, resolve incidents, and ensure proper documentation.

4. Data Management & Maintenance:

o Perform regular data backups and ensure restoration procedures are in place.





o Purge old databases as per data retention policies.

5. Security & Compliance:

o Mitigate vulnerabilities identified during Vulnerability Assessment (VA).

o Address findings from MBSS (Minimum Baseline Security Standards) assessments.

o Block IOCs (Indicators of Compromise) to prevent security threats and contain incidents.

o Provide necessary evidence and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

o Generate weekly reports, dashboards, and maintain monthly operational trackers.

o Maintain detailed documentation of processes and incident resolutions.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
