Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in US Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
