Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is dedicated to the care and well-being of elders, providing a supportive and compassionate environment. We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.

Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, staff onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience and a genuine interest in supporting a caring, service-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handle HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and personnel files
- Support payroll processing coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Address employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff training, induction programs, and performance review processes




- Support day-to-day administrative and HR operational needs of the Foundation

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar)
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus)
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee documentation, and basic labour compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for record-keeping and reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic approach — comfortable working in an elder care environment
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Salary
₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
