Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide IT support and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure software.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365.
- Handle basic Windows OS and desktop support.
- Resolve basic networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
- Troubleshoot printers and other computer peripherals.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide timely support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support or Desktop Support.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred.
