- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer/Diploma Engineer to join our Purchase Department. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing for electrical and project-related materials.
- Obtain quotations from vendors for electrical and project materials.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) for received quotations.
- Assist in vendor selection and rate negotiations.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers for material delivery and documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, projects, and site teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases,
and purchase reports.
- Verify specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules before procurement.
- Assist in identifying alternative vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support inventory planning and stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
