Business Development Manager (BDM) (Position-1)
- Fantastic opportunity to drive business development for a market-leading company!Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals and drive long-term growth across B2B, B2C, and C2C segments.
- Create strategic plans to establish the brand as a well-known "Satvik" name in the market and identify new business opportunities to expand existing relationships.
- Develop and manage relationships with contemporary trade partners (like supermarkets and direct-to-consumer (D2C) online platforms.
- Travel across India to identify, appoint, and manage recent dealers and distributors while maintaining high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to refine the brand's competitive positioning.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with customers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure favourable terms.
- Establish comprehensive business proposals for every possibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Promote the brand through creative channels beyond events, including shop-front branding, local community posters, and word-of-mouth campaigns.
- Provide leadership to the Sales and Marketing team to ensure all regional targets are met through regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-8 years in FMCG or Sales.
Education: MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
Key Skills: Excellent relationship-building, networking, and presentation abilit Strong closing ability and proactive negotiation skills.
Mobility: Must be highly mobile for frequent customer meetings across differen regions.
