About Us

Star Shine Export Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer and exporter of home appliances. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to help us recruit top talent, manage employee relations, and support the company's growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to hire across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Operations, and Design.
