Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing on-site installation, execution, and coordination of manufacturing-related projects. The role involves ensuring that all site activities are carried out as per technical drawings, safety standards, and project timelines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage site execution activities related to installation, fabrication, and commissioning of equipment.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure proper delivery and installation at the site.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications to guide on-site work.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at the site.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation (e.g., daily progress reports, material usage, manpower).
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Liaise with clients,



contractors, and suppliers for site requirements and updates.
- Conduct inspections and ensure final handover of completed work as per specifications.
- Support in testing and commissioning of systems, equipment, or installations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD / SolidWorks preferred).
- Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of project management, site safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Proficient in MS Office, project reporting tools, and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
