Job Title: Architect junior / senior

Reports to: Senior Architect/Project Manager

Location: Erode, Tamilnadu

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop building plans, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

2. Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to determine project viability.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Prepare and present project proposals, including designs, budgets, and timelines.

5. Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

6.



Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project completion.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:

1. Qualified degree in Architecture (B.Arch ).

2. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

3. Proficiency in software such as CAD, SketchUp / 3ds max , Lumion, Enscape, any other rendering softwares and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Salary:

· Fresher – 10 to 15k

· Experienced-15 to 25k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
