The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining work-related data in company systems. This includes project records, material inventories, billing details, labor data, and documentation to support smooth project execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update project data such as work progress reports, site records, and daily logs.
- Maintain records of materials, equipment usage, and inventory.
- Enter material inventories, and billing details accurately.
- Support project managers by updating schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records.
- Assist in preparing reports related to projects, costs, and timelines.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and accounts staff for data clarification.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as required.

Educational Qualifications
