Job Title: CCTV & Laptop Hardware Technician

Location: Bengaluru, Whitefield

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV & Laptop Hardware Technician to install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems and computer hardware (laptops). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with surveillance systems, hardware troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

CCTV Installation & Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and associated equipment.
- Perform routine system checks, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to camera feeds, connectivity, power supply, and recording.
- Ensure all security systems function properly and meet safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and support for advanced issues and upgrades.
- Support Sales/Marketing

Laptop/Desktop Hardware Support:

- Assemble, install, and upgrade desktop and laptop hardware.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboards, RAM, hard drives, screens, keyboards, etc.).
- Perform system imaging, formatting, and OS installations.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repair of workstations to reduce downtime.
- Maintain inventory of hardware components and tools.

Skills & Qualifications:





- Diploma or degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CCTV and computer hardware repair.
- Strong knowledge of analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
- Experience in handling PC and laptop hardware from major brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows OS installation, BIOS settings, and basic networking.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

- Certification in computer hardware or CCTV installation (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCTV installation certificate).
- Knowledge of access control systems or biometric devices.

Working Conditions:

- May require occasional travel to client sites or remote offices.
- Ability to lift and carry hardware equipment (up to 25k).
- On-call support during emergencies or off-hours, if required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
