About the Role

We are inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and dedicated academicians for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Management (BBA). The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, contributing to academic administration, and supporting research and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate BBA courses as per the university curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and evaluation reports.
- Mentor students and guide academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
- Engage in research, publications, faculty development programmes, seminars, and conferences.
- Perform examination, admission, and other academic/administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
- Contribute to NAAC, NBA, AICTE, and university compliance activities.

Minimum Qualifications (As per AICTE/UGC Norms)





- First Class Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant Management discipline.
- OR
- First Class Two-Year Full time PGDM declared equivalent to MBA by AIU and approved by AICTE/UGC.

OR

- First Class Graduate and professionally qualified CA/CMA/CS (where applicable).Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management or pursuing a Ph.D.
- Prior teaching experience in higher education.
- Research publications in UGC Care/Scopus/Peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Industry experience in management or business functions will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent subject knowledge in Management.
- Effective classroom delivery and student engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
